A new version of this newsletter is coming soon. In addition, SMSI will be providing the opportunity for two way dialogue between SMSI and/or with other subscribers. We will provide the opportunity to share ideas as well as pose inquiries to facilitate problem solving. Subscribers may also choose to pose questions to SMSI.
SMSI will also conduct voluntary online polls. Security problems and solutions tend to vary from one region to another. Subscribers may benefit from the experiences of each other and may avoid the need to reinvent the wheel.
The new electronic delivery capability will allow SMSI to tailor information by targeting security ideas that are applicable to specific industries. For example, hospitals have a set of very unique security problems and solutions that are differentiated from most other commercial enterprises. Hospitals also operate in a regulatory environment different from retail centers or office buildings.
Commercial facilities that serve both the public and tenant clientele are faced with a range of security issues from two fronts. We understand that one size does not fit all, and that all security solutions must be in harmony with the overall business objectives of each individual company.
The subscription for these services will be provided at no charge for those who go to our website and subscribe to SMSI Security Watch. Once our subscriptions reach a sufficient level, SMSI may determine to charge a subscription fee for additional subscribers. We hope this service is useful. |
